Fragmented Play

 

Shapes and lines may be used to represent emotions. I wanted to explore this idea in an abstract piece of work that combines various shapes and colours to convey different moods. Vibrant colours are used to represent a more energetic and upbeat atmosphere. They are then contrasted with representations of sadness in the top left hand corner, through the deformed face and monochromatic colour scheme.
