Octopus Captain | The Place | My Mum and I

 

The medium that I enjoy the most is watercolour pencils as I like how they change through the use of water. I also enjoy character design as I feel that I am able to express my emotions most powerfully through my designs.

 

My favourite work is ‘My Mum and I’. It tells the story of a mother panda dressed in orange armour, whose baby has a robotic arm. The painting is a reflection of my relationship with my mother, who is always there to protect me.

 

If I had the chance, I would want to pursue a career in fashion design, as it is very practical. Further, it allows me to be expressive in the choice of materials and fabrics.
